Goat Cheese, Jam, & Baked Pear Baguette
This baguette was soooo Frenchy tasting. I don’t even know why exactly it made me feel that way. BUT IT DID. This would be a great breakfast/brunchy thang, definitely would hit nice on a leisurely Sunday morning.
Day 3: 10 Days of Baguettes
Ingredients:
Baguette
Butter
Goat Cheese (I used Noble Springs)
Jam (I used Surprenants Berry Farms Red Mac Garlic Pepper Jam)
1 Pear
Honey
Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350, bake pear in oven-safe dish for 20 minutes.
Toast your baguette with butter on the stove.
Spread goat cheese and jam onto the baguette.
Slice pair and lay across baguette.
Add additional goat cheese, red pepper flakes, and drizzle honey.
