Goat Cheese, Jam, & Baked Pear Baguette

This baguette was soooo Frenchy tasting. I don’t even know why exactly it made me feel that way. BUT IT DID. This would be a great breakfast/brunchy thang, definitely would hit nice on a leisurely Sunday morning.


Day 3: 10 Days of Baguettes

Ingredients:


Directions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350, bake pear in oven-safe dish for 20 minutes.

  • Toast your baguette with butter on the stove.

  • Spread goat cheese and jam onto the baguette.

  • Slice pair and lay across baguette.

  • Add additional goat cheese, red pepper flakes, and drizzle honey.
