Duck & Red Wine Date Sauce Baguette

10 Days of Baguettes: Number 8

Baguette 8! Not going to lie. This one was kind of bitch to make. :)

Some very overpriced duck legs, plus a lot of different things used to make said baguette. I’m not quite confident in sharing all that went on here, because it was a hot mess. The general taste was good! But, I can’t be frontin’ saying this was like, the best thing ever. I was also so dang exhausted and these baguette beat me UP.

Anywhom, long story short - buy duck breast instead of duck legs! Much more meat!

If anyone wants to take the general concept here and run with it - go ‘n do it. I ain’t stoppin’ yew.
